I wish I hadn't sold my house last year...not because it went up in value, but it was cheap...dirt cheap. My mortgage was $900 (actually $1,900 but $1K goes towards principle), Taxes insurance another $1,000... on the water... in Jupiter Fl. 3800 sq ft...my backyard went up to Justin Verlander and Kate Upton's house. It was one of your 5 pillars you mentioned and I wish I kept it. I'm looking forward to your book and down the road subscribing to the DailyDirtNap again...because I am one of the loser's currently short $AAPL ... At least I'm not short $MSFT. Al Cheech

New ideas are needed....some people try to deprive themselves into wealth while others spend like drunken sailors-no balance. Asset allocation is so important yet so many of us, myself included, can get it wrong....I'll be giving it a read.
