As someone with (I would say) low-grade, but not debilitating, social anxiety, this piece hit hard. Saying yes more is something I’ve gotten better at over time, but am still working on. But I wish I’d done it more.

Correct: Mark Twain wrote “20 years from now you’ll be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did.”
