Powerless for me was wanting someone to care for me but she was uncappable at the time for her powerlessness over addiction to drugs. The powerlessness of wanting to help and knowing you cannot do anything. Meditation has helped me with that powerlessness and be mindful of it. I now am better for it. Al Cheech
