Very Stoic comments, Jared. Epictetus and Marcus Aurelius expressed similar thoughts a couple of thousand years ago. Wisdom found and wisdom lost, only to be found again in a different time and place by different people. Keep up the good work!

Powerless for me was wanting someone to care for me but she was uncappable at the time for her powerlessness over addiction to drugs. The powerlessness of wanting to help and knowing you cannot do anything. Meditation has helped me with that powerlessness and be mindful of it. I now am better for it. Al Cheech
