Great article. You are spot on about practicing gratitude, that is the key. I try to stop at least 10 times a day just for a moment and look at all that I got, look at my wife, my dogs, the sunset. That is how you enjoy your day and if you do that enough and you will enjoy your life. It is really pretty simple.
