Excellent essay! The best compliment I can give you is that I pinned this one...and I rarely pin anything.

Great piece. Our mind will think of every fear to NOT go after what we want. It's an everlasting journey to learn the skill of pushing that fear aside.

This is great! Catastrophic thinking has literally ruined parts of my life, and it never comes to fruition!!! It’s hard to let go and know, that no matter what, you’ll be ok! Thanks for writing this piece! Excellent work!

Damn Jared! Indeed this important message will be tough to beat. Spilling your guts and sharing the pain is the power. Not many are willing or strong enough to do so, but it’s what is needed more than ever. Thank you!

Just yesterday night before sleep, I was thinking about fear and here, I have an amazing essay detailing things about fear and how to deal with it!! I really loved the Level 72 part as that is what I feel is slowly dawning upon me!! Thanks a lot for the share!!

"You have to believe that even if these awful, terrible things you dreamed up happened to you, that you would still be okay." This is so true. My wife once called me on a business trip to ask why a FBI agent and DoJ prosecutor were on our doorstep. Much process followed ... not something I ever want to repeat, but I walked away clean as a whistle. The experience does grant you a new and wider perspective, kind of like living in another culture.
