DON'T UNSUBSCRIBE YOU BASTARDS

Well, this is it. We have come to an end.

I know, I know, I don’t like me either.

Since January, I have published 59 essays. Some great, some good, some terrible.  Thank you for reading them.

I’ve since received a book contract for this essay collection, and I will be signing it imminently. THOSE BASTARDS: 69 Essays will be published in June of 2023. In the book will be ten never-before-seen pieces.

Over the next 8 weeks, I will be finishing these last ten essays—some of which will blow your head off. And then after that, I will rest.  I really need a break.

So there will be a hiatus in WGGTB for a while. But don’t fucking unsubscribe. Here’s why:

1)    I will drop in from time to time to update you on the progress of the book

2)    I will occasionally publish some of my short fiction

3)    I will probably restart writing essays sometime in 2023, once I have recharged

Takeaway: if you unsubscribe, you are going to miss out on a lot.
